Christina Hollerbach is a woman on a mission: to build community, spark ideas, and help people thrive. Rooted in her family’s tradition of Gemütlichkeit (a German word for warmth and togetherness), she has carried that spirit from the dining room of her family’s restaurant to boardrooms, festivals, and civic halls across Central Florida.

For more than 15 years, Christina worked her way from dishwasher to CEO of Hollerbach’s, guiding the beloved Sanford institution through major growth, new ventures, and community-wide events. She also lent her leadership to organizations like the Ritz Theater and Sanford Main Street, gaining deep experience in governance, operations, and cultural development.

Those chapters shaped Christina into the leader she is today, one who values clarity, strategy, and authenticity. With that foundation, she launched Hollerbach with Purpose (HWP) to help leaders, nonprofits, and communities move projects from “someday” to “done.”

Beyond her consulting work, Christina is active in civic leadership and nonprofit service, dedicated to building a future where culture, commerce, and connection flourish side by side. When she’s not in meetings or hosting events, you’ll find her puzzling over a jigsaw, supporting local arts, or spending time with her cats and family.
